This is an Agreement signed between SpotlessAgency.com and the company/individual. The latter one should follow these terms and conditions.

General working agreemen

The terms and conditions of working relationships between us and our clients are defined in this document. The whole range of services SpotlessAgency.com (hereafter referred as ‘Spotless Agency’, ‘we’, or ‘us’) can provide or offer a client (hereafter referred to as “you” or “the client”) have to meet the following requirements:

Summary

It is our priority to meet clients’ expectations and needs, but there are situations when you had better write down some things to have a clear understanding of some points. This contract does not include narrow terminology or large pieces of text that is difficult to read. Moreover, we do not aim at tricking our clients to agree with anything that can make them regret afterwards. Our goal is to guarantee safety to both parties currently and later.

In Brief

Clients hire our company to create or manipulate images, floor-plans, content for the price agreed and provided in the section with fees and charges.

What do both parties admit doing?

If you hire us to create unique content, you can be confident to receive high-quality images created according to the information provided by you in the project description. If anything does not satisfy you at the development stage, you are free to ask for its revision to be granted at our discretion. You consent to provide the maximum of details when you place the order so that we could take into account all the specifications.

Getting down to the core

Design or Content Creation

If you order the creation or design of the content from our team, we will put the maximum effort for it to appeal to you in look, layout, and functionality meeting all the specifications provided or being relevant to a certain category. You admit that when you ask for changes, it happens because you have not provided some details or specifications in the original product description, so they are treated as unforeseeable and can lead to extra expenses required to cope with the project with additional requirements.

Editing

We can alter content for it to be suitable for the chosen category or according to the requirements listed in the project description. If our product does not meet all the requirements issued upon order, you are free to ask for their completion or extra charges for not doing that. Unless we are capable of completing your order because of an unforeseen event or complication, you will receive a full refund within a reasonable time period.

Legal stuff

SpotlessAgency.com assumes that any other people or companies may consider our images false or misleading, but we do not bear any liability to our clients or 3rd parties for damages such as the loss of profits, savings, or other types of incidental, consequential or special damages that may appear because of our services.

You give your consent that we are unaware of the way you will use the output image or text so our company does not bear any liability for damages that might be caused by the way you use output data.

If any of this agreement provision is recognized unlawful, void or unenforceable, this provision will be considered severable from this agreement and will not impact other provisions’ enforceability and validity.

Copyrights

You admit that images, photos, text elements, designs and other examples of artwork provided by you to be added to the site belong to you or are permitted to use them. When you process the payment for the order, there is the following case with copyright:

  • The content returned belongs to you. Our company sends all file copies to you and you should care how to store them in safety since we do not keep them or original files used for the order for a long time.
  • When it comes to the content of the text, photos, or other details shared, they belong to you if there isn’t anyone else owning them.
  • We are proud of our projects and often share their examples with others, so you admit that we are eligible for displaying and linking to images that constitute an integral part of our portfolio as well as inform others with text on websites, in magazines, email notifications, ads and other sources of media.

General conclusions

Unless any parts of these terms are considered valid or enforceable, the remaining pieces do not lose their power. We also reserve the right to make updates to the terms if there are obvious reasons for that.

Note, despite the simplicity of the language, there are serious intentions under the jurisdictions of the US courts. Therefore, when you start the project with Spotless Agency, you immediately accept these Terms and Conditions.
